Come and join us for one hour as we come together for an evening of meditation. We will discuss some benefits of meditation, discuss some simple preparations, and dive into a relaxing and centering meditation together.
This is a good time to get away from every day stressors and allow yourself to find that inner calm so that you may return to your uniquely busy life with a practice that can help you manage the beautiful season. You may learn that meditation is something you can do daily, and if not daily, at least on occasion.
