Come and join us for one hour as we come together for an evening of meditation. Fall is here, and this requires a period for adjustment for many of us. Consider trying meditation to remind yourself of the moment. We will discuss some benefits of meditation, some simple preparations, and dive into a relaxing and centering meditation together. You may learn that meditation is something you can do daily, and if not daily, at least on occasion.

All are welcome to share their own experience with meditation and ask questions.
This hour-long evening discussion will be led by 8 Branches practitioner, Tuuli Massignan, L.Ac. MSOM. Tuuli has been practicing meditation for over 15 years.
