Come and join us for one hour as we come together for an evening of meditation. The holidays are upon us, and that can mean a lot of hustle and bustle for everyone. We will discuss some benefits of meditation, some simple preparations, and dive into a relaxing and centering meditation to equip you with a calming tool kit . You may learn that meditation is something you can do daily, and if not daily, at least on occasion.

All are welcome to share their own experience with meditation and ask questions.
This hour-long evening discussion will be led by 8 Branches practitioner, Tuuli Massignan, L.Ac. MSOM. Tuuli has been practicing meditation for over 15 years.
