Reiki and meditation have been known to have an effect on decreasing stress, lowering anxiety, increasing self awareness and mental clarity, boosting the immune system and easing body aches and pains.
Before the meditation begins, Laura will go over a brief introduction to reiki and the positions. She will then assist each person through a self healing reiki flow.
