Please join us in a meditation to help prepare for our transition into spring. Spring is a time of renewal, birth and awakening after the long months of introspection and slowing down. We can use meditation to embrace the change of season, emotions and activity that comes with it.
You may learn that meditation is something you can do daily, and if not daily, at least on occasion.
All are welcome to share their own experience with mediation and ask questions. This event is FREE.
