Each month, we host an evening meditation where people can come together in a calm environment and enrich their lives through meditative practice.
Please join us in a discussion on meditation with the opportunity to learn a simple and meaningful technique at the end of each session. We will discuss the various benefits of practice and offer ideas and encouragement to fit meditating into your lifestyle and hopefully tap into that inner calm more easily. You may learn that meditation is something you can do daily, and if not daily, at least on occasion.
All are welcome to share their own experience with mediation and ask questions. Feel free to come once, often, or when it feels right. This event is FREE.
