SUMMARY:Explore: Sound Integration & Reset
DESCRIPTION:Join Abby of Resonant Heart for an evening of deep integration\, relaxation and regulation through intentional sound\, vibration\, resonance and meditation. Come as you are\, allowing yourself a chance to let go and explore where the experience takes you.\n\n\n\n Abby brings over 20 years of experience as a musician\, board-certified music therapist & Peter Hess Sound Massage practitioner to intentionally and intricately create an environment for therapeutic sound integration. During this small-group session\, you will be offered opportunities to simply listen\, actively incorporate intentional vibrations with direct sound work on the body\, and reflect. Please note that all participation is optional\, and you are encouraged to choose your own level of comfort for that day. Options will be provided individually and discreetly for you to let Abby know your own level of comfort. All that is provided are simply offerings – you ultimately decide what feels right for you. No experience is necessary\, and all techniques are designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace\, clarity and relaxation. \n\nWe have a limited amount of blankets and mats\, so please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats\, blankets\, pillows\, etc.). We will be lying on the floor and do have a few foam mats for those who seek extra support – if you prefer a different accommodation please reach out to me directly at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com. \nSound Integration & Reset groups are designed to be intimate\, small group sessions that go deeper than a typical sound bath experience. Signed consent will be required before the session begins. Tickets are limited to 8 group members. \n\nContribution: Tickets are $35-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is canceled by the host. \nSign up to reserve your spot here. \nWe look forward to seeing you!

SUMMARY:RESPIR8MKE – A Nervous System & Breathwork Immersion
DESCRIPTION:This isn’t just breathwork. This is the blueprint for self-regulation\, resilience\, and transformation. Over three immersive sessions\, we will explore the depths of the nervous system\, the power of breath\, and the profound shifts that happen when we work with our body rather than against it. \nIf you’ve ever felt stuck in patterns of stress\, overwhelm\, or emotional exhaustion—this work is for you. Through science-backed understanding and embodied practice\, you will leave this experience with: \n A clear roadmap of your nervous system and how it shapes your emotions\, responses\, and behaviors. Effective techniques for toning the Vagus Nerve\, helping you regulate stress and expand resilience. A transformational breathwork journey that allows you to integrate healing into your body and breath. \nRegister for this series here. \n  \nPart One: Understanding the Nervous System & Building Your Toolkit (June 7\, 1-3 PM)\nBefore we shift\, we must understand. In this foundational session\, we will explore the depths of the nervous system\, breaking down how stress states\, trauma patterns\, and regulation cycles shape our daily experiences. \n Learn the Autonomic Nervous System’s response states (fight\, flight\, freeze\, fawn). Identify your personal nervous system patterns and triggers. Build a practical toolkit for Vagus Nerve toning\, laying the groundwork for deep regulation. Experience guided practices to activate relaxation\, ease\, and resilience. \nThis session is the foundation—the moment when knowledge begins to transform into embodied awareness. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPart Two: The Autonomic Nervous System & The Breath Connection (June 21\, 1-3 PM)\nBreath is the language of the nervous system\, and in this session\, we uncover the direct relationship between breath and our autonomic responses. \n Why breath is the most powerful nervous system regulator—the science of inhalation\, exhalation\, and their effects on states of safety and distress.  Breath techniques to shift states—activating the parasympathetic system and releasing stored tension.  Exploring the rhythm of breath—why consistency and control lead to nervous system balance.  Live breathwork practices—guiding participants through regulation-focused breath sequences. \nThis session bridges awareness with action\, turning knowledge into direct nervous system transformation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPart Three: The Full Breathwork Journey (June 28\, 1-3 PM)\nNow\, we dive in. This final session is not about thinking—it’s about experiencing. This is a full breathwork journey\, designed to bring together regulation\, release\, and expansion in a way that allows participants to integrate healing into their bodies. \n Step into deep breathwork—moving through guided sequences designed to activate the nervous system and expand resilience. Release stored tension\, emotions\, and patterns—allowing the body to shed what it no longer needs. Move into safety\, ease\, and personal empowerment—coming back to breath as a lifeline and healing force. Integrate the journey—grounding the experience into lasting nervous system shifts. \nThis is where transformation happens. Once you step into this work\, there is no turning back—you will leave this experience changed\, with a deeper understanding of yourself\, your body\, and your breath. \nWho is this for? Anyone with the desire to: \n\nLearn how to recognize and regulate nervous system states\nDevelop breath-based techniques for stress\, anxiety\, and overwhelm\nExpand the window of tolerance and build emotional resilience\nFoster a deep sense of safety and connection to their body\nEmpowerment in their ability to heal and self-regulate\nRelief from patterns of stress and survival mode\nTrust in the sanctuary of community and shared healing

SUMMARY:Evening Kirtan and Satsang
DESCRIPTION:Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound and stillness. This kirtan and meditation offering provides a sacred space to reconnect with your inner self through soulful chanting\, guided meditation\, and community presence. \nKirtan is a form of devotional chanting rooted in the Bhakti yoga tradition. It involves the call-and-response singing of sacred mantras and is a heart-opening practice that quiets the mind\, uplifts the spirit\, fostering a deep sense of connection with yourself\, others\, and the divine. \nAll levels are welcome – no experience needed\, just an open heart. \nThis donation-based offering is a heartfelt opportunity to give back in gratitude\, supporting both the facilitator and The Center that lovingly holds space for this nurturing experience. \n\nAbout the Facilitator: David Eber\, BA from Boston University\, is an 800 Hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher\, Recovery Coach and Kirtan Wallah. He is blessed to have three beautiful children and five amazing grandchildren. For 28 years\, David was in the apparel business. He owned a highly successful ladies clothing manufacturing company until selling the business in 2006. The cost of material success was physical\, emotional\, and spiritual disease. Leaving behind the corporate world\, the path of yoga gave him the knowledge\, tools and practices to heal. He gratefully embarked on this path of service\, surrender and devotion. He is passionate toward helping others find joy\, contentment\, connection\, and peace. From NYC\, Paris\, Munich to Costa Rica\, he has shared the teachings that helped guide him from darkness to light\, eastern modalities such as breathwork\, meditation and yoga. He specializes in assisting others to manage physical maladies\, addiction and depression. During the pandemic\, with gratitude\, he has been studying kirtan\, harmonium and devotional singing with peace activist and Grammy award winner\, the beloved Snatam Kaur. This has deepened his passion for Bhakti Yoga that brings deep inner healing and peace. It is his heartfelt wish to share these beautiful and rich teachings by giving back to the community or sangha.
