SUMMARY:Therapeutic Breathwork
DESCRIPTION:Let’s come together to breathe\, heal\, and connect. Join us to discover the transformative power of therapeutic breathwork in a supportive community space. Therapeutic breathwork invites us to: \n• Explore the full spectrum of feelings and experiences that life brings\n• Heal and integrate the past\n• Embody the fullness of the present moment\n• Become more fully ourselves and live with meaningful purpose\n• Cultivate a deeper sense of connection\, peace\, and wellbeing\n• Breathe life into future visions for ourselves and the world \nLed by Julie Banashak\, breathwork practitioner and nature connection guide\, you will be guided through a therapeutic breathwork process using an intentional breathing pattern. There will also be opportunities for group sharing to reflect on and integrate your experience. As a group\, we create a community of support and connection where we witness\, uplift\, and empower each other through our collective presence. \nMonthly Therapeutic Breathwork is ongoing and open to all\, no prior experience is necessary. While yoga mats\, blankets\, and bolsters are provided\, please bring anything else you need to feel comfortable. Wear clothes you can breathe and move in\, and it’s best to avoid heavy meals before breathwork. Feel free to bring a journal\, pen\, and water. You’re also welcome to bring a meaningful or sacred item for our communal altar. \nIf this is your first time attending a Therapeutic Breathwork event\, please complete the following form after registration: https://forms.gle/LRaDjVnSfKZQHf9G8 \nWhen: Wednesday\, July 16\, 7-8:30 PM \nContribution: Tickets are $35 and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. There is a minimum 3 participants for offering to be held and tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is cancelled by the host. \nWe look forward to seeing you! \n \nAbout the facilitator: Julie is a breathwork practitioner and nature connection guide. Rooted in an earth-honoring worldview\, she has spent over 25 years exploring the depths of healing and transformation. Through her own journey with childhood and religious trauma\, depression\, anxiety\, and disconnection\, she has dedicated her life to understanding and overcoming the deep wounds that shape our lives. SUMMARY:Experience: Sound Integration & Reset
DESCRIPTION:Join Abby of Resonant Heart for a gentle guided experience through music\, sound\, vibration\, meditation\, and self as we give ourselves full permission to relax\, allow\, and experience using intentional sound\, vibration\, tones & frequencies.\n\n\nAbby brings over 20 years of experience as a musician\, board-certified music therapist & Peter Hess Sound Massage practitioner to intentionally and intricately create an environment for therapeutic sound integration. During this small-group session\, you will be offered opportunities to simply listen\, actively incorporate intentional vibrations with direct sound work on the body\, and reflect. Please note that all participation is optional\, and you are encouraged to choose your own level of comfort for that day. Options will be provided individually and discreetly for you to let Abby know your own level of comfort. All that is provided are simply offerings – you ultimately decide what feels right for you. No experience is necessary\, and all techniques are designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace\, clarity and relaxation. \n\n\nWe have a limited amount of blankets and mats\, so please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats\, blankets\, pillows\, etc.). We will be lying on the floor and do have a few foam mats for those who seek extra support – if you prefer a different accommodation please reach out to me directly at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com. \nSound Integration & Reset groups are designed to be intimate\, small group sessions that go deeper than a typical sound bath experience. Signed consent will be required before the session begins. Tickets are limited to 12 group members. \n\nContribution: Tickets are $35-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is canceled by the host. \nSign up to reserve your spot here. \nWe look forward to seeing you!

SUMMARY:Music as Medicine: Relaxation
DESCRIPTION:Music in Wellness Series ~ Music as Medicine: Relaxation \nChances are you are already using music in your own life to relax\, get hyped up for an event\, exercise\, celebrate\, or even focus or reflect. Using music and sound is as natural for us as breathing – an experience that can be deeply personal or collectively unifying. Something so ‘simple’ that it is often overlooked as a powerful therapeutic resource. \nJoin Abby\, board-certified music therapist and owner of Resonant Heart\, for an introduction into the use of music and sound as a therapeutic resource for effective relaxation in our world of stress and high anxiety. In this session we will learn about musical elements that assist relaxation and how to use them in your own daily life\, the power of preference\, live versus recorded music\, and resources for conscious listening – ending the session with a gentle live sound bath offering. No musical experience necessary – come as you are and leave with new ideas and resources. \nWe will be lying or sitting on the floor for a portion of the session\, and have a limited amount of blankets and mats. Please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats\, blankets\, pillows\, etc.). Chairs and a few foam mats are available for those who seek extra support – if you prefer a different accommodation please reach out to me directly at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com and I will be happy to work with you to create the most comfortable option possible. \nContribution: Tickets are $45 and are limited to 12 group members. \nSign up to reserve your spot here. \nWe look forward to seeing you!
