While yoga mats\, blankets\, and bolsters are provided\, please bring anything else you need to feel comfortable. Wear clothes you can breathe and move in\, and it’s best to avoid heavy meals before breathwork. Feel free to bring a journal\, pen\, and water. SUMMARY:RESPIR8MKE – A Nervous System & Breathwork Immersion
DESCRIPTION:This isn’t just breathwork. This is the blueprint for self-regulation\, resilience\, and transformation. Over three immersive sessions\, we will explore the depths of the nervous system\, the power of breath\, and the profound shifts that happen when we work with our body rather than against it. \nIf you’ve ever felt stuck in patterns of stress\, overwhelm\, or emotional exhaustion—this work is for you. Through science-backed understanding and embodied practice\, you will leave this experience with: \n A clear roadmap of your nervous system and how it shapes your emotions\, responses\, and behaviors. Effective techniques for toning the Vagus Nerve\, helping you regulate stress and expand resilience. A transformational breathwork journey that allows you to integrate healing into your body and breath. \nRegister for this series here. \n  \nPart One: Understanding the Nervous System & Building Your Toolkit (June 7\, 1-3 PM)\nBefore we shift\, we must understand. In this foundational session\, we will explore the depths of the nervous system\, breaking down how stress states\, trauma patterns\, and regulation cycles shape our daily experiences. \n Learn the Autonomic Nervous System’s response states (fight\, flight\, freeze\, fawn). Identify your personal nervous system patterns and triggers. Build a practical toolkit for Vagus Nerve toning\, laying the groundwork for deep regulation. Experience guided practices to activate relaxation\, ease\, and resilience. \nThis session is the foundation—the moment when knowledge begins to transform into embodied awareness. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPart Two: The Autonomic Nervous System & The Breath Connection (June 21\, 1-3 PM)\nBreath is the language of the nervous system\, and in this session\, we uncover the direct relationship between breath and our autonomic responses. \n Why breath is the most powerful nervous system regulator—the science of inhalation\, exhalation\, and their effects on states of safety and distress.  Breath techniques to shift states—activating the parasympathetic system and releasing stored tension.  Exploring the rhythm of breath—why consistency and control lead to nervous system balance.  Live breathwork practices—guiding participants through regulation-focused breath sequences. \nThis session bridges awareness with action\, turning knowledge into direct nervous system transformation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPart Three: The Full Breathwork Journey (June 28\, 1-3 PM)\nNow\, we dive in. This final session is not about thinking—it’s about experiencing. This is a full breathwork journey\, designed to bring together regulation\, release\, and expansion in a way that allows participants to integrate healing into their bodies. \n Step into deep breathwork—moving through guided sequences designed to activate the nervous system and expand resilience. Release stored tension\, emotions\, and patterns—allowing the body to shed what it no longer needs. Move into safety\, ease\, and personal empowerment—coming back to breath as a lifeline and healing force. Integrate the journey—grounding the experience into lasting nervous system shifts. \nThis is where transformation happens. Once you step into this work\, there is no turning back—you will leave this experience changed\, with a deeper understanding of yourself\, your body\, and your breath. \nWho is this for? Anyone with the desire to: \n\nLearn how to recognize and regulate nervous system states\nDevelop breath-based techniques for stress\, anxiety\, and overwhelm\nExpand the window of tolerance and build emotional resilience\nFoster a deep sense of safety and connection to their body\nEmpowerment in their ability to heal and self-regulate\nRelief from patterns of stress and survival mode\nTrust in the sanctuary of community and shared healing

SUMMARY:Rise & Thrive: For Women Navigating Divorce
DESCRIPTION:Ready to surround yourself with women who get it and move forward together? Forget heavy grief circles – this is your uplifting\, future-focused community where divorce becomes the catalyst for designing a life you actually love. \nTired of feeling isolated while everyone else seems to have it figured out? What if you could laugh\, strategize\, and dream alongside women who understand exactly what you’re going through? \nOverwhelmed by all the “what’s next” decisions? What if you could walk away with a clear toolkit that makes every forward step feel less daunting and more exciting? \nThis isn’t therapy – it’s a women’s collective focused on your future\, not your past. In 4 weeks\, you’ll discover your core values to guide every decision\, master the “One Sentence Truth” technique that cuts through mental chaos instantly\, break free from old “shoulds” that no longer serve you\, and connect with your future self through forward gratitude practices that create genuine excitement about what’s ahead. \nYou’ll leave with tangible tools you’ll use every day: clarity when you’re overwhelmed\, confidence when making decisions\, and a community of women cheering you on. This is about designing a life that feels authentically yours. \nI’m a licensed therapist and holistic relationship coach who walked this exact path through my own difficult divorce. I’ve been fine-tuning these tools for 25+ years and incorporating them into my work with sensitive women for over a decade. These tools took me from survival mode to genuine excitement about my life – and I’ve seen them create the same transformation for my clients. \nTwo Options Available: \n\nDuring Divorce: For women actively in divorce proceedings\nAfter Divorce: For women whose divorce is finalized\n\n4 sessions | 90 minutes each | $500\nFlexible scheduling – we’ll work together to find timing that works for everyone. Intimate groups of 3-6 women maximum.  \nNext Step: Join a Connection Session to meet other potential participants\, experience the energy\, and see if this feels like your tribe. Connection Sessions will be held via Zoom for convenience and accessibility. If you strongly prefer to meet in person\, please let me know\, and we can explore that option. Email Facilitator Sue Bruckner at creatingmeaninginlife@gmail.com to RSVP for the Connection Sessions (6/21 at 10 AM and 6/23 at 12 PM). \nYour best chapter is ahead of you – let’s design it together.

SUMMARY:Blume Milwaukee: A Neuro-Affirming Circle
DESCRIPTION:This neuro-affirming space is for neurodivergent women and non-binary individuals to connect\, share resources\, and build meaningful community. We meet biweekly on Sundays from 4-5:15 PM\, from March 2nd to May 25th. \nContribution: $5 or donation. Please Venmo contribution to Alicia here with a note specifying which offering you are attending. \nAbout the Facilitators: \n \nAlicia Rytlewski is a piano instructor and music composer. She came across neurodivergence when searching extensively into EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) after having some unexplained health issues. When she realized her own neurodivergence\, it became a special interest for her. When she couldn’t find a local neuro-affirming circle\, she thought of starting one of her own. She brought her idea to her friend Angela\, and the neuro-affirming circle was born. Alicia lives with her husband\, son and many pets in Bay View. \n \nKaty Kujala-Korpela (she/her) specializes in supporting perinatal\, LGBTQIA+\, and neurodivergent clients. As the founder of Spectrum of Growth Counseling\, Katy provides affirming\, client-centered care to individuals navigating life’s transitions\, identity exploration\, and the challenges of simply living in this world. With a background in Community Psychology from Alverno College\, Katy integrates community-centered therapy with evidence-based approaches\, fostering a space where clients feel seen\, heard\, and empowered. \nOutside of therapy\, Katy loves to watercolor paint\, swim in the Great Lakes and play soccer. She has three neurodivergent kiddos and is passionate about building community.

SUMMARY:Qi and Sound: Rise Up - Awaken Your Full Potential
DESCRIPTION:Rise Up: awaken your full potential. As summer emerges in its fullness\, we are called to rise with the energy of Qián (Hexagram 1: The Creative)—pure\, unbounded Yang. This is the power of heaven in motion: dynamic\, expansive\, and unstoppable. It is the force of initiation\, vision\, and aligned action. In this season\, we are invited to embody that rising energy—to break through limitations\, awaken our inner brilliance\, and move with clarity toward our highest potential. \nJust as heaven moves continuously and without hesitation\, so too can we align with this momentum\, shedding what no longer serves and stepping forward with courage and purpose. \nJoin us for an immersive experience of energetic activation and embodied presence. Through intentional light touch\, resonance\, and deep somatic practice\, we engage in an alchemical journey—one that empowers the creative force within and supports seamless integration of the seen and unseen. \nThis session offers: \n\n\n• Seasonal Energy Practices – Activate your inner fire and align with nature’s rising current. Acupuncture or magnet therapy will be available to help synchronize your system with the seasonal Qi\, supporting deep energetic alignment. \n• Resonance & Integration – Immerse yourself in sound and subtle frequency to attune body and mind to the rhythm of transformation. Bathe in the resonance of movement and expansion\, allowing vibration to guide your internal shift. \n• Sacred Presence & Space-Holding – Ground into intentional presence and open to empowered embodiment. You’ll be invited to set clear intentions and allow the energy to meet them. A personalized self-care practice will support you beyond the session\, helping integrate these teachings into your daily life. \n\n\nHeld by two master-level practitioners\, this gathering is a sacred invitation to rise\, to embody the creative essence of Qián\, and to move into your next phase with vision\, vitality\, and integrity. \nFacilitators: Abby and Sheri bring over 40 years of combined experience as licensed practitioners\, energetic guides\, and transformational space holders. Their approach weaves presence\, resonance\, and intuitive mastery for deep\, lasting change. \nStep into the season of pure creation. Rise up with us. Your full potential is ready.

SUMMARY:Return to You: Hypnotherapy & Sound Healing
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday April 12\, 2025\, under the energy of the Full Moon in Libra\, we invite you to an evening of deep release and self-reconnection. This moon—happening at 23° Libra at 7:22 PM CST—serves as a celestial mirror\, guiding us to restore the relationship with ourselves and find inner balance. \nIn this transformational gathering\, we will align with the Libra Full Moon’s energy to clear self-doubt\, release old patterns\, and return to a place of inner peace and harmony. Through the fusion of hypnotherapy and sound healing\, we will create space for you to reset and realign with your highest self. \n✨ What to Expect – This evening will be a blend of hypnotherapy\, sound healing\, and community gathering—all designed to guide you back to yourself. \n✨About Hypnotherapy – Throughout life\, we absorb beliefs—some nourish us\, while others create doubt\, fear\, and imbalance. Hypnotherapy is a sacred practice of release and renewal\, helping you clear what no longer serves you and rewire your subconscious with deeper self-trust\, clarity\, and balance. \nIn this session\, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed\, meditative state—fully aware\, fully present\, yet open to transformation. As Jordan’s sound healing calms the nervous system\, Andréa’s voice will lead you inward\, where old patterns gently dissolve\, and new\, empowering beliefs take root. It’s a space of surrender and recalibration\, where the noise of the mind quiets\, and the wisdom of the soul rises. You’ll leave feeling lighter\, clearer\, and deeply aligned—like a homecoming to yourself. \n✨About Sound Healing – Sound healing is a vibrational practice that gently brings your energy back into harmony. Jordan uses instruments like crystal bowls\, chimes\, and gongs to create sound waves that move through the body—clearing and balancing the chakras\, your inner energy centers that shape emotional and spiritual well-being. Each sound carries a unique frequency that gently tunes the body—helping you feel more grounded\, lighter\, and deeply connected to yourself. When paired with hypnotherapy\, it creates a powerful combination that opens the doorway to profound healing. \n✨About Community Gathering – Following the session\, we will gather for cacao and connection—a space to meet like-minded souls\, share insights\, and anchor in the shifts from the evening. Since the journey inward is powerful\, but so is the collective power of finding your tribe to help us experience life through another perspective. In order to shift our understanding about life or strengthen what we already held inside us. \n✨ Meet Your Facilitators\nAndréa & Jordan have walked their own profound healing journeys—Andréa\, in breaking free from lifelong depression\, and Jordan\, in overcoming years of substance abuse. Through shadow work\, deep self-exploration\, and countless moons of inner healing\, they have reclaimed their own medicine. Now\, they are devoted to holding space for others to remember their own magic. In a world craving love and healing\, they invite you to release the old stories and step fully into your truth. Come as you are.
