SUMMARY:Month’s End Magic
DESCRIPTION:After the end of each month\, small business owners + leaders come together to practice embodiment + connection with the intent of using that capacity to make progress on a task(s) they feel overwhelmed by\, stuck with\, or have procrastinated on. Month’s End Magic supports you in creating space for internal magic from which you approach tasks from month after month. Bring your task to work on\, but no need to prep more than that. Duodécima creates a space where you are invited to work from: \n\nspaciousness over urgency\nplayfulness over perfectionism\ncreativity over one right way to do something\nbaby steps over procrastination\n\nThis session includes: \n\n1.5 hours of grounding (gentle movement\, breath work\, journaling\, and collective discussion) with access to yoga mats\, blankets\, and bolsters\nat least 1 hour of focused solo or co-working time\nsupport available\, if desired\, from a brainstorming buddy (peer) or Duodécima around basic bookkeeping\, Quickbooks\, document retention / organization\, grant applications\, fundraising\, systems creation\, etc.\nnourishing snacks + tea\na warm\, creative\, and inclusive environment with wifi\n\nRegistration: This offering is available with sliding scale options: Full Rate – $45\, Low Rate – $25\, Higher Rate – $75. Register at Duodécima’s website here and view the sliding scale information to decide which option is best for you. \nAbout Facilitator: Kristen Itzel Ramirez (she/her) is the daughter of Mexican + Guatemalan immigrants\, queer\, and a heart-centered people leader and facilitator of intentional spaces. She brings a decade of experience in youth + LGBTQ public health\, community programming\, and leadership (including finance\, fundraising\, and operations for a nonprofit with a budget of over 2 million). Kristen is currently completing her 200 hour training at The Moving Galaxy to become a Registered Yoga Teacher. Duodécima is her way of combining her love for somatic practices with more nerdy things like budgeting\, bookkeeping\, and leadership development.\nMission: I support leaders and small business owners to move with intention so that workplaces are transformative spaces where people experience love + care. \nVision: I dream of a liberated world\, where organization and business leaders are well-rested\, creative\, and in right relationship with themselves\, others\, history\, and the earth.

SUMMARY:Winter Solstice Breathwork Circle
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Winter Solstice Breathwork Circle\, where we’ll honor the darkest time of year and the turning toward renewal as the light begins its slow return. We’ll come together in a supportive community space to breathe and connect with ourselves\, each other\, and the deeply symbolic energy of the season that represents both an ending and a new beginning. \nLed by breathwork practitioner Julie Banashak\, we’ll gather by candlelight for a therapeutic breathwork practice\, with opportunities for group sharing to reflect on and integrate your experience. \nTherapeutic breathwork uses intentional breathing to bring us into the present moment and tune into our bodies. It can help you:\n• Release tension and stress\n• Process and move through emotions and challenging life experiences\n• Uncover conditioned patterns of thinking and behavior\, opening space for more resonant\,\nsupportive\, life-giving choices\n• Open your heart to bring more love to yourself\, others\, and the world\n• Come back to your center and live from your truest authentic self \nWinter Solstice Breathwork Circle is open to all; no experience is needed. We will be on the floor\, sitting and lying down. Yoga mats\, blankets\, and bolsters are provided\, and you’re welcome to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable. Wear clothes you can breathe and move in\, and avoid heavy meals beforehand. You may also want to bring a journal\, pen\, water\, and a meaningful or sacred item for our communal nature altar. \nContribution: Tickets are $35 and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is canceled by the host. \nPlease register for this offering HERE: https://forms.gle/dgYJCZ3Z1aBeLrYD6 \n\nAbout the facilitator: Julie is a breathwork practitioner and nature connection guide with over 25 years experience in healing and transformation. Rooted in her own journey with trauma\, depression\, and disconnection\, she has dedicated her work to understanding and transforming the wounds and old patterns that shape our lives. With certifications in therapeutic breathwork\, nature companionship\, and integrative psychology\, Julie offers holistic\, embodied\, trauma-responsive care. Through individual and group sessions\, both in person and online\, she holds loving\, sacred space for exploration\, healing\, and growth so that others can rediscover their aliveness\, purpose\, and the magic that lies within and all around.
