SUMMARY:Reiki and Sound Bath: Honoring the Spring Equinox
DESCRIPTION:Step into a deeply restorative experience as we honor the Spring Equinox. Drift into relaxation as the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls\, chimes\, and drums wash over you\, while Reiki energy gently supports your body and mind\, promoting harmony\, grounding\, and calm. This session is designed to help you release tension\, reconnect with yourself\, and embrace the seasonal shift. \nYoga mats and blankets available at The Center\, but feel free to bring your own\, along with anything that helps you feel comfortable. \nContribution: Tickets are $50/single event or $90/for March and June and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session\, with a minimum of 3 registrations for offering to run. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is canceled by the host. \nRegister for this offering here. She weaves Reiki philosophy into her teachings\, guiding students to reconnect with their energy\, find balance\, and feel grounded. Inspired by nature and the cycles of life\, Sarina creates welcoming spaces for reflection\, healing\, and community. \nJordan’s wellness journey began in 2005 after a bike accident led her to yoga\, where she discovered both physical relief and a deeper connection to mind and body. She later completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification\, Reiki Level II training\, and Sound Healing certification\, with her practice evolving to focus on inward healing. Jordan offers safe\, supportive spaces for others to release stress\, find rest\, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
