Jordan will create a meditative soundscape with resonant instruments while Sarina provides individual reiki healing to each participant. Reiki energy will fill and hold the space throughout the session\, enhancing the experience. \nAbout Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to encourage relaxation and balance. The word “Reiki” translates to “life force energy\,” a natural and abundant source of healing within all of us. This ancient practice helps restore harmony to the body and mind. \nSound Bath Benefits: The sound bath uses vibrations from instruments like singing bowls\, drums and chimes to promote deep relaxation\, reduce stress\, and balance the body’s energy.
