SUMMARY:An Evening of Intuitive Reiki and Therapeutic Sound
DESCRIPTION:Give yourself a moment of peace & reset with a deeply restorative reiki & sound session designed with intention\, intuitive expertise\, therapeutically integrative instruments\, and a depth of knowledge & support. A gentle support to help shed any noise & chaos that you do not wish to carry forward. ✨ \n\n\n\nJoin Kristine (Kristine Joy Intuitive Reiki) and Abby (Resonant Heart Wellness Centered Music Therapy & Therapeutic Sound Services) for a gentle guided experience as we discover and reconnect with our own innate ability to regulate and receive through the support of reiki\, music\, sound and vibration. This 90 minute session will integrate the use of supportive and intuitive reiki (provided both through the group and with individualized attention) and highly intentional therapeutic sound techniques – all designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of peace and relaxation. No experience is necessary\, and all techniques are designed to nurture\, restore\, and assist with your utmost comfort\, inner peace\, clarity and relaxation. \n\nWhile we do have plenty of blankets and mats\, please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats\, blankets\, pillows\, etc.).
