DESCRIPTION:Join Abby\, a Music Therapist and Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner\, of Resonant Heart for a gentle guided experience through music\, sound\, vibration\, meditation\, and self as we journey through the notion of becoming unconditional; in love\, kindness\, surrender…exploring and welcoming what resonates most with you. \nThis 90 minute session will integrate the use of meditation\, gentle recorded & live sound experiences along with some sound massage techniques – all designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace\, clarity and relaxation. We have a limited amount of blankets and mats\, so please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats\, blankets\, pillows\, etc.). We will be lying on the floor – if you prefer a different accommodation please reach out to me directly at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com. \nSound Integration & Reset groups are designed to be intimate\, small group sessions that go deeper than a typical sound bath experience and may incorporate direct\, individual sound work on or near the body. Tickets are limited to 6 group members. \nContribution: Tickets are $35-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session.
