SUMMARY:Presence: A Sound Integration & Reset Experience
DESCRIPTION:Join Abby\, a music therapist & Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner from Resonant Heart\, for a gentle guided experience through music\, sound and self as we discover and reconnect with our own innate ability to regulate and receive through music\, sound and vibration in a chaotic world. Throughout this 90 minute group session\, we will journey through the idea of cultivating stillness and maintaining a connection to our authentic self amidst external commotion. Through the use of gentle & intentional recorded and live sound experiences\, meditation\, and some sound massage techniques (no direct touch involved) we can invite regulation and a return to self. This is where clarity lies. \nWhile we do have some blankets and mats\, please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats\, blankets\, pillows\, etc.). \nWhen: Monday\, August 12\, 6:00-7:30pm \nWhere: The Center at 8 Branches \nPayment: Tickets are $35-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session.
