SUMMARY:Compassion: A Sound Integration & Reset Experience
DESCRIPTION:Join Abby\, a Music Therapist and Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner\, of Resonant Heart for a gentle guided experience through music\, sound\, vibration\, meditation\, and self as we discover and reconnect with the idea of Compassion; both for others and for ourselves in a time when we can feel tested at every turn. We are all in this together. \nThis 90 minute session will integrate the use of meditation\, gentle recorded & live sound experiences along with some sound massage techniques – all designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace\, clarity and relaxation. \nWhile we do have some blankets and mats\, please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats\, blankets\, pillows\, etc.). \nWhen: Monday\, September 16\, 6:00-7:30pm \nWhere: The Center at 8 Branches \nPayment: Tickets are $35-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session.
