DESCRIPTION:Join Abby\, a Music Therapist and Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner\, of Resonant Heart as we refresh\, reset\, and regulate the mind\, body and spirit through music\, sound\, vibration\, and meditation; welcoming connection and return to self. \nThis 90 minute session will integrate the use of meditation\, gentle recorded & live sound experiences along with some sound massage techniques – all designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace\, clarity and relaxation. We have a limited amount of blankets and mats\, so please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats\, blankets\, pillows\, etc.).
