DESCRIPTION:Join us for a welcoming and peaceful meditation gathering open to all. This is a space to connect with yourself\, with spirit\, and with one another in a supportive community setting. \nYoga mats\, cushions and blankets are available at The Center\, but feel free to bring your own\, along with anything that helps you feel comfortable. \nDonations are appreciated but never expected. RSVP below! \nAbout the Facilitator: \nSarina is a certified yoga teacher specializing in restorative\, trauma-informed\, and meditation practices. She weaves Reiki philosophy into her teachings\, guiding students to reconnect with their energy\, find balance\, and feel grounded. Inspired by nature and the cycles of life\, Sarina creates welcoming spaces for reflection\, healing\, and community.
