Facing Your Fears: A Sound Integration & Reset Group

Join Abby, a Music Therapist and Peter Hess Sound Massage Practitioner, of Resonant Heart for a gentle guided experience through music, sound, vibration, meditation, and self as we remember that we are always supported when we embrace the unknown. (There is nothing to fear!)
When: Monday, October 21, 6:00-7:30pm
Where: The Center at 8 Branches
Payment: Tickets are $35-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is cancelled by the host.
