Seeking: A Gentle Sound Offering

Join Abby, of Resonant Heart, for a simple and sweet sound bath experience. This 60 minute session will invite you to explore and welcome a variety of sounds, tones, vibrations and frequencies in a setting designed to nurture deep relaxation. A perfect opportunity to take a moment for yourself and reconnect, unwind, and just be.
