Heather is experienced in an integrative approach to women’s digestive health, especially in relation to hormonal wellness, using Ayurvedic techniques with a modern twist that spans holistic nutrition, lifestyle medicine, Ayurvedic yoga, and herbal medicine. She also specializes in Marma bodywork, also known as Ayurvedic acupressure.

She is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Certified Panchakarma Technician, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level, and has been a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association since 2014. She consults private clients and supports the In Her Balance online community.
