Ground Inward

This is a space to gather and intentionally connect to ourselves, each other, and spirit. We will begin with movement to anchor into our physical bodies. Following movement, we will sit in meditation. Journal prompts will be offered – please bring a journal and pen. There will then be space to connect and share with each other.

Please dress comfortably in layers. While The Center has yoga mats, feel free to bring your own mat as well. All are welcome.
