I first came to my mat in high school, longing for a place of connection. Yoga quickly became a space of grounding and purpose during my young adult years, and joining a studio allowed me to find the community I was searching for. In 2018, I completed my 200-hour teacher training to deepen my practice. Before I even graduated, I found myself teaching in front of a studio full of students, and I’ve been sharing my love of yoga ever since. Over the years, I’ve pursued additional training in trauma-informed yoga, yin, restorative yoga, and meditation facilitation, each adding layers of depth to my teaching.
Yoga evolved into a spiritual practice for me, leading me to explore further. Becoming a certified Reiki Master deepened my understanding of the connection between ourselves, the universe, and all beings. Combining the benefits of yoga and Reiki has become a profound passion of mine. My intention as a teacher is to guide others toward connection—whether through an invigorating power flow or a deeply restorative practice. My hope is that everyone who steps onto their mat leaves feeling grounded, centered, and more connected to themselves and the world around them.
