Spring Equinox Breathwork Circle

March 20 @ 7:00 PM8:30 PM CDT

Join us for the Spring Equinox Breathwork Circle as we honor this time of balance—between day and night, light and dark—and we embrace the transition into the lighter half of the year. We’ll come together in a supportive community space to breathe and connect with ourselves, each other, and the deeply symbolic energy of the season that represents rebirth, reawakening, emergence, cleansing, and growth.

Led by breathwork practitioner Julie Banashak, you will be guided through a breathwork process using a conscious connected breath pattern, with opportunities for group sharing to reflect on and integrate your experience.

Breathwork uses intentional breathing to bring us into the present moment and into our bodies. It can help you:

  • Release tension and stress
  • Process and move through emotions and challenging life experiences
  • Uncover conditioned patterns of thinking and behavior, opening space for more resonant, supportive, life-giving choices
  • Open your heart to bring more love to yourself, others, and the world
  • Come back to your center and live from your truest authentic self

Spring Equinox Breathwork Circle is open to all; no experience is needed. We will be on the floor, sitting and lying down. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided, and you’re welcome to bring anything else you need to feel comfortable. Wear clothes you can breathe and move in, and avoid heavy meals beforehand. You may also bring a journal, pen, water, and a meaningful or sacred item for our communal nature altar.

Contribution: Tickets are $35 and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is canceled by the host.
