Winter Solstice Breathwork Circle

December 19 @ 7:00 PM8:30 PM CST

Join us for a Winter Solstice Breathwork Circle, where we’ll honor the darkest time of year and the turning toward renewal as the light begins its slow return. We’ll come together in a supportive community space to breathe and connect with ourselves, each other, and the deeply symbolic energy of the season that represents both an ending and a new beginning.

Led by Julie Banashak, breathwork practitioner and nature connection guide, we’ll gather by candlelight for a therapeutic breathwork practice. There will also be opportunities for group sharing to reflect on and integrate your experience. Therapeutic breathwork uses intentional breathing to bring us into the present moment and tune into our bodies. It helps to:
• Release tension and stress
• Process and move through emotions and challenging life experiences
• Uncover old conditioned patterns of thinking and behavior, offering opportunities to choose more resonant, supportive, and live-giving thoughts and behaviors
• Open our hearts, bringing more love to ourselves and the world
• Come back to our center and access the truest, deepest part of our Self

Winter Solstice Breathwork Circle is open to all, no prior experience is necessary. We will be on the floor, sitting and lying down. While yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided, please bring anything else you need to feel comfortable. Wear clothes you can breathe and move in, and it’s best to avoid heavy meals before breathwork. Feel free to bring a journal, pen, and water. You’re also welcome to bring a meaningful or sacred item for our communal nature altar.

Contribution: Tickets are $35 and registration closes 12 hours prior to the session, with a minimum of 3 participants for offering to be held. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is canceled by the host. Please register following the link below.
