Therapeutic Sound & Breathwork

November 15 @ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST

Join Julie & Abby in a carefully curated and supported space designed to intertwine the inherently therapeutic support that breath and sound provides. This two-hour session will include meditation, an integrative therapeutic sound experience designed to support a guided therapeutic breathwork practice, and time for integration, reflection, and optional sharing. Tea and grounding snacks will be provided. No previous experience with therapeutic breathwork or sound required – this gathering is for beginners and seasoned participants alike. All that is required of you is to show up with an openness to receive. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore and expand your capacity to regulate your own system from within.

We have some blankets and mats, but please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats, blankets, pillows, etc.). We will be lying on the floor and do have a few foam mats for those who seek extra support. If you prefer a different accommodation please reach out to me directly at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com. Wear comfortable clothing, and avoid heavy meals beforehand.

A gentle support to help shed any noise and chaos that you do not wish to carry forward. ✨

*Please disclose (will be held in full privacy and confidence) if you have any of the following: pacemaker/defibrillator, open wounds, recent surgery (within 6 weeks of the date of the group), metallic implants, pregnancy, any severe heart or respiratory conditions, or anything else you have concern or questions about regarding sound & vibration or breathwork. You can let Abby & Julie know at the group, or email at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com. A signed consent will need to be on file with the facilitators in order to participate in the group sessions (will be provided at the event)*
