Before Bed Sound Relaxation Experience
December 27 @ 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM CST

Take an intentional pause to shift out of the ‘busy’ mode of the holidays and reset into calm, centered peace! Wear your pjs, come alone or bring your family and friends for a sweet evening sound bath designed to set you up for a deep night’s sleep! All you have to do is show up, rest, and float back home and straight to bed… 🌙 ✨
This relaxing session will intentionally weave together the grounding and vibrotactile support of metal therapy singing bowls, gongs, monochord, and reverie harp with the peaceful resonance of obsidian crystal bowls and chimes to help you shed any lingering stress, anxiety, or intensity that the buildup to the holiday season brings. All offered to nurture and support your nervous system shift into grounded and centered bliss. No experience is necessary – this session is created for beginners and experienced alike! Ages 9+ welcome!
We do have blankets and mats, but please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats, blankets, pillows, water bottle, etc.). Wear comfortable clothing (pajamas if you would like!), as this designed to be a deeply relaxing session and we will be lying on the floor. (I do have a few foam mats for those who seek extra support) – if you prefer a different accommodation please reach out to me directly at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com.
A gentle support to help shed any noise and chaos that you do not wish to carry forward and allow you to settle in for a restful night’s sleep. ✨
